Currently, our CC&Rs specify seven members for the Board of Directors. The terms of office provide for continuity within the board by staggering
the election terms for members. In other words, an individual can serve only two years before needing re-election. Thus, four of the seven members are elected one year, and the other three officers are
elected the next.
PRESIDENT: Frank Boardman Retired analyst for a
federal Agency. Lived in neighborhood since 1989. Elected to the Board in 2011 (2-year term)
VICE PRESIDENT: Irene Allen Past president of SVMAR.
Realtor/broker/notary. Lived in neighborhood since 1984. Elected to the Board in 2011 (2-year term).
TREASURER: Sean Wolpin IT Specialist for a global business group Lived
in neighborhood since 2009. Elected to the Board in 2010 (2-year term).
SECRETARY: Maria Chavez Senior Appraisor for a
local mortgage congomerate. Lived in neighborhood since 2005. Appointed to the Board in 2010 (1-year term)
