Autumn Wood Homeowners' Association has one annual
meeting, in June, at which the general membership attends, and members are elected to the Board of Directors. In addition, the Board of Directors meets 11 months of the year - January through November, to manage the operations of the Association. The meetings for fiscal year 2018 are held on the third Thursday of the month.
